Getting Started on RYL: Battle Lohan
SYNOPSIS After many centuries of war and combat both the Kartefant and Merkhadian Nations realised
each were in a stalemate. The formation of the God's Pirates, situated on Almighty Ground,
crumbled in the face of the growing animosity between the races, culminating in fighting
within their own ranks. You enter the battlegrounds now. A chosen member of your race to bring glory to the nation
for which you stand. Will you compete against the enemy race for honor and renown? Or for fame and
fortune?.
GETTING AROUND BATTLE LOHAN
In Battle Lohan there are 2 forms of movement. FPS Mode and Keyboard Mode.
FPS MODE
Action Forward Backward Left Right Diagonal Zoom in/out Jump Pic Up Items Change Weapon Rest Autorun Character Info Inventory Skill List Party Info Guild Info Map Attack Special Skills Alternate Skills Reverse Cast Talk to NPC Game Options
 
Control W S A D W+A, W+D, A+S, D+S Mousewheel forward/backward Space Bar E Q C R U I K Y G L Left mouse button (Hold for continuous attack) Right mouse button (Hold to charge CAST type skills) ALT + Right mouse button (Can be used for certain skills only Eg. First Aid - Blaze Gavel) CTRL + Right mouse button (Cast spell on self for certain skills only Eg. Safeguard Skill) SHIFT + Left Mouse Button F11 Most of the actions listed are controlled in the same way between FPS mode and MOUSE mode with a few differences:
MOUSE MODE
Action Auto Attack Movement
 
Control Hold Left Mouse Button or Right Mouse Button Left Click on mob
Although there isn't a huge difference between the two modes, the differences are impactive.
For instance; in mouse mode there is no requirement to hold the left mouse button for continuous attacks
Most of the time, FPS mode is more useful over MOUSE mode, however each have their uses
TALKING UP A STORM Communication is paramount on Battle Lohan. Without proper communication organizing groups and guilds would be impossible.
You will also find shortcut commands that can be typed without having to click the respective tab:
Chat Channel
Whisper (Private Message) Shout (Public Chat) Reply to last Whisper
Shortcut
/s (name) (message) /c (message) Press M when not in chat mode You can find out how your character is progressing and utilize other actions by using the Chat Box and inputting commands.
Chat Command
Suicide (Intentionally kill your character) Show Fame Show Medals Open your own shop Character torch (brightens area around you)

These tabs across the top of the chatbox are clickable enabling you to chat to a specific
group of players or a specific area of chat.
